What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is RM300.00 for delivery in Klang Valley and Seremban (a delivery charge of RM35.00 will be imposed if the order falls below RM300.00)

When will my order be delivered?
Bonfisken.com emphasizes the quality of products we deliver. Therefore, the guideline below shall allow you to plan your groceries in advance. Delivery will be scheduled from the time of order/payment is submitted.
Orders submitted - Monday – Thursday
The earliest delivery will be 3 working days (at the time of order submission)
e.g. order submitted before 12pm on Monday, earliest you’ll receive your products on Wednesday..
e.g. order submitted after 12pm on Monday, earliest you’ll receive your products on Wednesday or Thursday.
Orders submitted - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
The earliest delivery will be 3 working days (at the time of order submission)
e.g. order submitted before 1 pm on Friday, you’ll receive your products on Monday or Wednesday.
e.g. order submitted after 1 pm on Friday, you’ll receive your products on Wednesday or Thursday.
e.g. order submitted anytime on Saturdays or Sundays, you’ll receive your products on the following Wednesday or Thursday.
How do we know that our order has been successfully submitted?
A confirmation of order will be sent via e-mail upon successful transaction.
Cancellation of order/product?
Any cancellation will only be accepted not later than 1 working day prior to the delivery date. For cancellation, please call us at 03-8726 0988 during these hours: (9.00am-5.00pm mon-fri and 9.00am-12.00pm sat) refunds will be made as soon as possible.
What is the delivery fee?
• Free delivery will be provided for minimum purchase value RM300.00 (Klang Valley and Seremban).
• A delivery charge of RM35.00 will be imposed if the order falls below RM300.00 (Klang Valley and Seremban) and an additional delivery charge may apply for a special arrangement such as special timing, location, etc.
What happens if nobody is at home upon delivery?
• In an event of a missed delivery, our driver will leave a notification slip informing you to contact Bonfisken.com at the soonest possible time to arrange for a reschedule delivery. Please take note there will be a RM50.00 delivery charge for any reschedule delivery.
